Flying in Europe is broken and the planet is paying for it.
Short and medium-haul aviation, the routes between up to 500 km that millions fly every year, is among the least efficient, most carbon-intensive travel on earth. Passengers know it.
Two-thirds of European travellers say sustainability influences how they choose to travel. But they're not willing to sacrifice speed or convenience to get there — and they shouldn't have to. Neither can businesses ignore it any longer. New EU regulation, such as the CSRD, means that corporate travel emissions are no longer just an ethical question. They are a compliance obligation. The demand for a better option is real.
An electric airline serving 1 per 1000 passengers who fly less than 500 km in Europe in 2040 could generate €80 mln in annual revenue. This is the projected market.

Smaller airports are mostly underused. Our ambition is to connect them, using smaller, quiet and zero-emission aircraft, flying at lower altitudes than traditional aviation. A bit like a high-speed rail network, but in the air.
